- At Last click on the payment gateway links and open the available banking option to complete the payment. You can pay through various payments methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking and many more.
- After entering the payment details you will get the accept payment message, Just click on Yes and you will get the Booking Completed Message.
- Print that Vaishno Devi Helicopter Ticket.
Important Note: Please note down all the Transactions details like Track ID/ Trace No. so that you can take the reference towards for further communication.

- The Helicopter operators are subjected to the fair weather conditions, clear visibility of the range prescribed by the DGCA and Clearance by the ATC.
- Usually 5-6 Passengers are accommodated in one flight.
- The Katra Helipad is approx 2 Km away from the Katra Bus Stand.
- The Flight from Katra to Sanjhichhat Helipad will take approximately 8 minutes.
- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan is approximately 2.5 Km away from the Sanjhichhat Helipad.
- Once you have booked the Helicopter Tickets, prepone/postponed is not allowed.
- Full fare refund is only expected when the Helicopter Operators cancel the flight due to some bad weather conditions, technical issues or other reasons.

- Request for cancellation of Online Helicopter Tickets of Vaishno Devi is not allowed by approaching any counters of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
- Those who have booked their Vaishno Devi Helicopter Tickets Online can cancel them by logging on the website of Shrine Board after entering their username and password.
- 50% of the amount of Vaishno Devi Helicopter Ticket (excluding taxes) is refunded to the yatris. Remaining 50% amount will be accrued by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board as processing fees.
- The cancellation of Vaishno Devi Helicopter Ticket can be made upto 4 days before the scheduled date of Travel.
- The Refund amount will be transferred to the same mode of payment and same bank account from which the tickets were booked.
